I have been smoking Spam for years at all our get-togethers and Pigouts. I cut it in 4 or 5 pieces and smoke it in my Bradley Smoker for about 1 1/2 hours with no rub. You get a super "not strong" smoke taste. Then cut it up in cubes and serve it plain or with a couple different dipping sauces. Now Friends and Family and people I don't even know beg me to do it. Serve some Pickled Quail Eggs with it and you got a hit.The Hollow Log - Ken and Janie Morrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01154342207452733315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1867133366442696221.post-31358442673260047862007-08-29T10:55:00.000-05:002007-08-29T10:55:00.000-05:00LOL, yup...SPAM. I'll likely due these for breakfast sometime during an overnight smoke. They are definitely a novelty though....not something I'll cook all the time.Hogwildhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17414667638368955461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1867133366442696221.post-77344895598180593882007-08-29T00:39:00.000-05:002007-08-29T00:39:00.000-05:00omg...u didnt smoke SPAM??..lolomg...u didnt smoke SPAM??..lolKellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17326213490384856566noreply@blogger.com
